In my previous position at S2 Builders, I played a pivotal role in designing and managing numerous residential projects, such as a luxury 8-home development in Rancho Mirage named "Lark 8" and a luxury 3-home development situated on large estate lots in Rancho Mirage called "Wren Court." Additionally, I spearheaded various high-end construction projects for developers and individual homeowners.

At S2 Builders, I worked closely with developers, architects, contractors, and vendors throughout all phases of project execution. My responsibilities covered a wide range of design-related tasks, including initial design conceptualization, space planning, 3D modeling, and client presentations. I was involved in producing construction documentation, generating ID-Sets, and providing oversight during the construction phase. Additionally, I managed all aspects of interior selections and specifications, choosing appropriate materials, finishes, FF&E selection, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors to procure samples and finalize selections.

I regularly conducted site visits to ensure adherence to quality standards and promptly addressed any on-site modifications or challenges. Oversaw day-to-day project progress, coordinating with contractors and other professionals to ensure design implementation aligned with plans and timelines.
